Counseling is a safe, confidential space to talk, reflect, and grow.
It helps you understand your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors more clearly.
We work together to explore your inner struggles and their roots so that you can experience deeper healing and peace.
We then develop practical, realistic steps to help you move forward in your daily life.
Counseling is not judgment, lecturing, or forcing you to change.
It is not simply advice-giving.
It is not only for “serious problems”—many people come for support, clarity, or personal growth.
Call or text +880 to schedule your session.
You are welcome to ask any questions before booking.
The first session is a calm and respectful space for us to begin getting to know each other.
You are welcome to share as much or as little as you feel comfortable.
I will ask thoughtful, gentle questions to understand your experiences, concerns, and goals.
Together, we may begin to clarify what you would like to work on and consider possible next steps.
Are you lacking motivation or no longer finding joy in things that used to make you happy?
Do you often feel worried that something bad might happen and struggle to control your thoughts?
Are you struggling to understand your spouse or a loved one, even after trying for a long time?
Do you have difficulty focusing on work or studies no matter how hard you try?
Do you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure about your direction in life?
You do not need to be “at your worst” to benefit from counseling. Many people come simply because they want clarity, support, or growth.
I work with a wide range of concerns, including stress, anxiety, and overthinking.
Low mood, lack of motivation, and emotional fatigue.
Relationship challenges, including family, marriage, and parenting.
Trauma or difficult past experiences.
Academic or work-related pressure.
Life decisions, goals, and direction.
If you are unsure whether your situation fits, you are always welcome to ask.
This is very normal. Many people feel this way at the beginning.
You do not need to prepare anything before the session.
You can start anywhere, even by saying, “I’m not sure what to say.”
I will gently guide the conversation so you do not feel stuck or uncomfortable.
